This actually was the only thing that I will say was made fairly painless. I was called after taking the online assessment during the hiring process and the recruiter I spoke with was actually very accommodating. She made me feel very happy that I had selected the organization and I really had a bright outlook about my future employment. Unfortunately thing took a turn for the worse after about a year with the company.
