My initial interaction was via email with a recruiter to setup the first interview. She set up a date and time and never called. I emailed her immediately and she stated that she did call but there was no answer. We set up another interview and ended up having a different recruiter contact me because the first recruiter’s phone or system was not working properly. Had about a 7 minute interview with very standard questions, she said I fit the criteria and was eligible to move on the the next step and will hear something in a few days if my resume was approved by the hiring manager. Got an email to confirm my second interview with two managers. The day came for the second interview where they laid out the position in full detail and asked more personality questions. I thought I nailed it, based on my experience and education, I fit the qualifications. However, about a week later I got an email from another recruiter stating that they chose to move on with other candidates that better fit their needs. Ok. Overall, the process seemed a little unorganized, but they did do a great job breaking down the position in detail, as well as what they were looking for. Unfortunately, I did not fit their needs. I also read that their positions usually fill internally despite publicly posting openings.
