I was brought in for three separate positions and each time the process was different. The first one was a very informal meeting with the hiring manager. Second was a phone interview with the hiring manager and then a 3 hour in person with a peer, another finance manager, and the director. Third was a four hour in person with the hiring manager, a peer, another set of peers, and another accounting and finance manager. Great feedback from all interviews, but each time they chose an internal candidate. Such a waste of my time!
