Interview
First I spoke with individuals at Optum Health at my college's career fair. This lead to an On-Campus Interview the following day. The interview was with a Software Engineer and someone who worked in data analytics. The next interview was two weeks later and it was scheduled as a live video interview but we had to change it to a phone interview due to technical difficulties. A week after the phone interview I received an offer for the company and I will be accepting the offer.

Interview
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
