The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Chennai)
Interview
The hiring team is completely uninterested in finding the candidates. You constantly have to follow up with them. After my friend interview I waited for more than a month for response and I didn't follow up thinking I didn't get selected. Then after month I saw the ad for some position so I out of curiosity I contacted the hiring manager and I was asked can you come down as soon as for final 1-1 round interviews to a different city in very short notice on a working day.
You can't complain about it so I complied. After series of interviews which went for 6+ hours. There was a little or no hospitality and warmth from the team. I ate lunch on my own in their canteen even though I already spoke to 3 different teams already.
On a final note after spending this much of time and effort running behind team. Flying to different city and wasting my personal leave I haven't heard back from the hiring team in past 6 months.
I am just wondering if I call the hiring manager now, someone would realize , oh they forgot to contact me ,here is your offer letter. How early you can join .
Fun times.
One advise to anyone who is planning to join there.
PLEASE DON'T. IF YOU VALUE YOUSELF.
