Interview
Had to take an assessment then had two interview one phone and one video interview. Once completed I got a stand by offer. Please eliminate the stand by offer it is annoying. I’m not getting paid by standing by so why do you think you deserve for me to wait to here whether or not I can start. I have experience and a degree and it’s degrading to be told if we don’t have enough people you can start. It’s greedy and wasting peoples valuable time. ESPECIALLY when your pay is not competitive at all.
