Low integrity talent acquisition process. Where do it begin. They contacted me via LinkedIn, we immediately discussed salary and I told the recruiter my min salary requirement. She gets the “ok” from the manager so we proceed with the interviews. EIGHT I repeat EIGHT, interviews later I was told I got the job. Then the recruiter called me the next day stating they changed their minds. Citing i would be making more money than other “seasoned” employees and finance thinks it would be bad for employee retention.
Never in my professional career have I encounter such low integrity from a director. Josh and Finance from Minnesota weren’t on the same page and I paid dearly for it. I was even sent links to already start picking a healthcare plan. Imagine going through eight interviews (11 hours in total) then being told the reason they changed their mind was because finance didn’t approve my would be salary. Even though we spoke salary from day one with the recruiter and she got it approved by the manager.
Integrity is the first “core values” UHG states as their Mission and Values, and Josh’s talent acquisition processes lacks thereof, and its borderline evil.
