I applied online. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Plano, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
The process took about 6 weeks. Had 2 phone interviews, and on site panel interviews. The interviewers were very professional, and also extremely thorough. they asked a ton of questions, and they required detailed answers. I got a solid job offer, almost accepted, but I got an even better job offer in another major organization the following week.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2017
Interview
The initial interview was a Digital Interview. It was an unusual experience and very uncomfortable. Questions popped up on my laptop screen and I had 30 seconds to mentally prepare a response as the timer counted down in front of me. Then I had 3 minutes to answer the question as I watched myself in my suit talking to myself on my screen while my camera recorded. I found it uncomfortable talking to myself...there were 6 questions total. Some of the questions were very simple requiring yes or no answers whereas a couple questions did not reflect anything on the job posting. If I interview there again I would practice a lot using my phone to record video, (although I did a bit of that and found it to use my storage even if I deleted it) or I believe there are some tools online you can use to practice. UHG did provide 3 questions to practice as much as you want prior to the actual interview starting, but the 3 questions did not end up being in the actual interview. I had to get ready visually for the digital interview as if I was going in person; wear a suit, etc...
