It starts with a HireVue invitation of ~5 questions. Then you advance to a 1:1. I enjoyed my interview and felt they asked appropriate questions. At the end of my Zoom interview, I was told I would be getting an offer.

they email you to set up an interview time. once you getthere you wait in the waiting room for about 20 min. they ask you behavioral interview questions. they hire you on the spot while your there so you dont have to wait for a call back you will know on the spot rather or not you got the job.
