Interview
Simple, started off with a phone interview with staffing agency talking about my background, then in-person interview with director and manager. I was interviewed by them individually. Work history and career goals were discussed.
I was in a zoom meeting with 2 people and they asked a series of questions. They took turns asking the questions and I took about 1 minute to answer each question

The phone interview was smooth, thein person interview was smooth as well. However it's been 1 month and havent hear anything, and just saw they re posted the job posting. So I assume I didnt get the job. No communication on their part this is now the 2nd interview I've done and not heard back.
