I applied online. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group
Interview
Extremely unprofessional because of the followings:
1. Set up a WebEx interview without providing the link to the interview. Cannot get ahold of the recruiter nor the actual hiring manager.
2. Reschedule the interview because what I mentioned above to the next day. The interview was canceled because the hiring manager was unavailable (supposedly), and I was promised another interview when the hiring manager was available.
3. Followed up the next day just to make sure that the interview was still happening, and no response from the recruiter whatsoever.
4. The next day I received an email and said that they no longer consider hiring me.
Overall summary was that there was no professional courtesy for such a reputable company.

Question 1
How have you dealt with a difficult situation in the past?
Video interviews, a lot of STAR questions. Not a bad process overall. The recruiter is on top of it. Took a while for them to gather enough new hires to start a training class.
