Interview
The process took a little over a week. I applied online, the next day I received an email for Hirevue and a phone call from the recruiter who told me about the job and hours. I completed the hirevue and thought I blew it but got a call the next day from the recruiter saying they wanted a face to face interview. Two days later, on a Friday, I completed the face to face interview. She said she was moving me forward and asked what time I could talk to her manager on Monday. I said before 11am and THEY called at 10:45 for a 15 minute panel interview. The short interview ended and I was told I would hear from the recruiter. The recruiter called 2 hours later and offered me a job!!!

Question 1
Tell me about a difficult situation and how did you handle it. Tell me about a situation that challenged your ethics. What did you do?

Interview
In person with a manager in person and one on speaker phone. They gave some scenarios for triage and then basic info. Wasn’t too much pressure. Idk why they did triage questions when those are only 30% of our calls. It’s all about pushing internal programs to make UHC look better to employers for their employees
