It was long, but pleasant. The hiring manager was through in explaining the job description. As well as asking question. I got the feeling that the hiring manager was looking to see if there was connection between her and myself. I left the interview knowing what to expect.

A recruiter will call first, then you will have an interview with a supervisor who asks pretty basic interview questions. Be confident and professional. Use examples of solving complex customer service issues with professionalism.

Interview
My interview was set to be at 11:00am, I joined the online meeting a few minutes early to get myself situated. 11:05am no one showed, 11:10am I emailed the manager letting them know that I'm still waiting in the interview. After 11:20am I exited the meeting due to no one showing up, no email, no phone call, and at that point it was extremely unprofessional. Not a good first impression United Healthcare.

interview process was great, but having them contact you after wasn't the best because they left me hanging until i had to apply to another position and ask that recruiter if they decided to move forward with the other position.
