Interview
It was the typical interview for a customer service position. I was asked if I had previous experience working in a pharmacy and how I would handle an irate customer over the phone. Also I was told of the other job requirements. I did not notice anything out of the ordinary in the line of questioning.

Great process very detailed and focused on past experience and how they can apply in their new position. They try to gauge your ability to ah del escalations as well as learn new skills since there is a lot of software updates that required retraining

You will either receive a phone call or email for your interview. After passing a drug test and a couple tests on the computer, (2 typing tests and call center knowledge test) you will have an interview with a coach from the account you have applied for. After that you will either be hired or not hired. Training begins as a class usually a couple weeks later.
