UnitedHealth Group Workforce Analyst interview questions

Waited 5 weeks to hear that I was moving forward to a digital interview. I did like the digital interview experience because you are able to re-record (up to 3 times) if you don't feel you expressed your first answer well. Questions I received Tell about a time you provided exceptional customer service Tell about a time you helped a co-worker finish a project Tell about a time you made an important improvement After completing the digital interview - 4 weeks later they notified they were no longer hiring for the role. 9 total weeks, just to have them decide to eliminate the position.
