Took about 2+ Months. I was contacted by phone, had 2 phone interviews and then an in person in person interview where they put me up in a hotel and covered travel as well. I was suppose to go down and meet with the VP and Director. Ended up meeting with the Director via skype and had a telephone conversation with the VP as he had to apparently be out of town. It was such a long progress to get things going there. I was initially suppose to fly out to San Francisco but that changed to NYC. The interviews went very well, and at the end of the day they were just playing games and wasting time. The followup for scheduling and meetings were very frustrating and ridiculous. Things were changed multiple times and I was as flexible as can be. HR very disorganized and lacks capabilities to followup and respond on time. At the end things went well, but it was a shame. It almost appears if this place place is a shell company for something else. I was sketched out once I got there. Proof that even if you have a nice website...things are not always what they seem. You need to put work life on hold if you have a job and try to get there when they want you there. Overall very terrible interview experience and just a complete waste of time. Don't bother applying and believing all the hype HR throws at you. It's all talk and no action. Please be weary about applying there. Never got an offer but was constantly told I was a top candidate. I just decided not to followup after another week and half.
