Selection process was in three stages.
A CBT examination (Aptitude + Technical), followed by interviews.
I had to go through 2 rounds of interview.
1st one was Technical Round.
2nd one was Business + HR round.

..you should be technical sound to get into this and analytically strong. Basically they ask fundamental questions from your respective technical subjects and some aptitude questions also.

Interview
Interview was good, you should have atleast basic knowledge of Contract clauses, like Indemnification, Limitation of Liability and other pertinent clauses. And familiar with what you have done in your past experience
