I received a phone call for an initial screening and following the screening an on-site interview was scheduled for a few days later. The interview was very laid back and we more or less discussed my resume. It was casual and low pressure. I got a call 2 days later to start the following week.

What did you do in your previous job to prepare you for this position?
It was a phone call interview with Human Resources. HR person just asked simple questions about whether you graduated from law school or not, if you had doc review experience (which did not effect the outcome of whether you would get the job or not).

The recruiter was very kind and professional. It was easy to talk to her and explain my background and what I was interested in. She also provided me with information about the project and what the company was looking for. It was a very positive experience.
