There was a recruiter phone screen, then a manager phone screen, and finally a full day onsite with the team and people from other teams. I let them know that I had other offers. They were very understanding of my situation and respectful of my timeline. I was delighted that they decided to extend me an offer so quickly after my onsite. Props to HR for getting everything done so quickly and thoroughly.
