The interview experience with Unity was very positive and well-structured from start to finish. The HR team clearly outlined the entire interview process, explaining each stage in advance and setting expectations through an organized and transparent plan. Throughout the journey, I had the opportunity to meet with most of the teams I would potentially collaborate with in this role, which gave me valuable insight into the work environment and culture. After a week, I had an interview with the hiring manager 3. 8 weeks later, I had an Interview with two Senior Managers, a director, an interview with a Senior Director, and a final meeting with the recruiter 5. After that, the recruiter requested examples of a portfolio or even samples of programs (previous programs that I created) 5. A few days later, the recruiter contacted me with an offer.
