I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Apr 2026
Interview
Very thorough, lengthy but reasonable for a top firm, communication was amazing had no questions about where I was in the process. I appreciate the fact they said I was competing with other people, starts business right away, no small talk or fake smiles and false attitudes.
Only con was that my start date was unclear until the end which made planning difficult.
