The interview process was very quick, with only 2.5 weeks between first call and job offer.
The interview consisted of several steps:
- first acquaintance with a direct manager(15 minutes), and first written test task right after(1 hour)
- then a long classic interview with the same manager and a team member (1 hour)
- then a test task to complete a presentation with 3 days for preparation. The presentation was attended by the manager, team manager and cross-team member (1 hour)
- final step is a behavioral interview with HR (1 hour)
and than a job offer
All the instructions were very clear, the process was fast and the team was supportive.
