I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
One recruiter phone screen. Two phone interviews. One to sometimes two onsite interviews, and each onsite has around 6 rounds of mixed behavioral and technical questions.
The overall experience was very positive. Recruiters were very professional and stayed on top of things. There was literally no gap at all during the whole process, even though it took nearly a month to finish everything.
All of the interviewers were very friendly and they were the expert in the field. The interview questions were fair, for both the technical ones and behavioral/management ones.
Had the chance to chat with engineering leadership in the company, and was very impressed with the caliber of the top level team. They are thoughtful, aware and methodical. And that's probably one reason why Unity is thriving today.

Interview
Calgary Office.
Rushed, and a bit inexperienced. It seemed the interviewer has not used Unity very long. Questions were asked about inclusion, but they didn't really seem to care about the response. Seemed like they are going through some layoffs, as the hiring person seemed stressed.
