The entire process took about a month. First interview with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, an independent performer and manager within the Accounting/Finance team, and on-site interview with the hiring manager and a conversation with the Director of Revenue. The process was very thorough and thoughtful, allowing the interviewees to get to know me and me to know them. I was kept informed during the entire process.
