We talked about the roles' tasks and responsibilities, as well as about the company: its culture and projects. Some meetings included a live technical exercise. When a matching role was found, I was asked my desired salary as well as 4 references: 2 colleagues and 2 leads. Some time later I was sent an offer along with a NDA.
