1. An introductory round with the HR. HR is a very busy person and might delay interviews based on some unknown circumstances.
2. Next, the round with the hiring manager. This interview has to be done at the Manager's preferred time, not yours. Apparently, they seem to be quite busy in playing politics.

Ghosted for 2 days after the entire process, then get a call saying no, ask what was the reason so i can improve, ghosted again
