The process took 3 weeks, first an HR call, then a technical call for me to explain what I worked on, then another one to introduce me the position in detail, then codility test at home and a last technical interview for architecture. Due to COVID, all the process has been through zoom. The HR has been very helpful during all the process and. showed me Unity culture at the first call. They were very open minded, very good culture, I felt that I wanted to work there.
