I had a phone screen with a recruiter and then interviewed via Zoom with the hiring manager. I was not interested in and was not a fit for that role. The Sourcer role became available and the hiring manager called me to see if I was interested in that role. I then interviewed with another hiring manager for the Sourcer role.
