I applied online. I interviewed at Unity (Austin, TX) in Mar 2021

Applied online. Nice experience overall, but the recruiter could have been more professional. First round interview is just to learn more about you, 2nd round is a panel interview with behavioral and questions to learn more about you, your experiences, and technical knowledge. 3rd round is a technical interview where you present a piece of your own work just so you can demonstrate your abilities and communication skills.
