I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Singapore) in Sep 2020
Interview
I was approached by the recruiter via LinkedIn to explore more about a job opportunity for Unity's monetization and User Acquisition department. The entire process took less than a month and it was extremely efficient, probably the MOST efficient I have ever had so far.

Question 1
Tell me more about yourself and elaborate more on your recent working experience.
Slow at first, but fast later on in the process. The HR were rather hands on and the team were eager to meet the person getting interviewed. Interesting home assignments.
Structured, honest and professional. Great feedback after meetings, even though I don’t get the role. Were some technical details with the assignment which were solved later on, yet initial date was changed; the assignment is limited on time.
Not too many steps, but months of waiting in between. The people are working in the company are very nice and there was transparency in the salary range and other benefits.
