Interview
I had applied in early May, first contact came in June. Had a phone screen with the recruiter. Recruiter interview seemed to go well, sounded super positive and said they also would have other EA roles upcoming so if this wasn’t a good match could be for others. Sent my thank you note, no response (ok, not unheard of). Thought I’d hear back in a week based on what the recruiter told me, two weeks later I sent a follow up and still no response a week after that. I understand slow hire/right hire, but it’s rude not to at least courtesy respond.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (London, England) in Aug 2023
Interview
I found the interview process a very pleasant experience and I think a lot of other companies should take a leaf out of Unity's book as I think the more relaxed approach gets more out of the potential candidates.
