The interview process starts with a phone screen with the recruiter. After I had a one-hour interview with the hire manager + an offline technical test. In the end, I joined a panel interview with the team members, main partner, and senior leadership group. Everyone was open and friendly. We discussed many ongoing topics for this team. I had several rounds of interviews. First meeting with Talent Acquisition where there were just general questions related to my background and what I was looking for in the role. I then had a chat with the hiring manager where they explained the role more and had a conversation about my management style and experiences were. I then had two more one on one interviews where I discussed past experiences and how I would work through certain situations as well as how I would set my team up for success. Final interview was with the hiring manager one more time where we went a bit more in depth with some questions and gave me another chance to ask the questions I had.
