I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unity
Interview
I went through all 3 interviews, and after 3 weeks of silence started pinging recruiters. They never reached back to me or replied. I had to email one of the managers who interviewed me (he shared his email with me during the interview call), and only after that, I got a reply from one of the recruiters. I think that it's not okay for a company at a certain level to ghost candidates, especially on senior/lead levels.

Interview
2-month interview process — got ghosted after the final interview.
I was headhunted by HR, and they were very informative and responsive at the start. I completed three rounds of interviews. After the final interview, HR gave me positive feedback and said there would be a follow-up debrief and details about the next steps. I never received the debrief, even after sending two follow-up emails, and ultimately I was ghosted after a two-month process.
