The initial interview with the recruiter was great. They were easy to talk to, asking general questions about my background, interest in the position, and salary expectations. They said I should expect to hear back from them in 1-2 days and that they would be recommending I move forward to the next round. However, I did not hear back from them for almost 2 weeks. Not a huge deal, but it would have been better to be honest up front and not leave candidates in limbo.
