Introduction of who was on the call and their career experiences to date. This was an interview over the telephone. The frst interview last approximately 30 minutes. A follow up interview was made to discuss the project and its set up in Jira.

- Analytical troubleshooting: For an audio based platform, dailt listening time is declining, what steps will you take in order to find the root cause and what actions will you take.
