Unity has a well structured three level interview system, which is aligned across global offices. Each round will be 30 to 60 minutes with questions designed to evaluate our suitability with the role and whether we will fit with the value and culture of Unity. We can expect scenario based questions mostly. The panels are very much friendly and acknowledging to the responses we give.
