The interview was with regional manager and HR representative, asked about prior work experience and it was more of a casual conversation. The interview wasn't very long, maybe 30 minutes.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Universal Logistics Holdings (Detroit, MI)
Interview
The whole hiring process was very laid back. That being said, this came along with MANY red flags. Low pay, good old boys club, terrible benefits, no 401k matching, oh and they discriminate against LGBT. I had a verbal offer and in my final interview (which I accepted). I finally corrected the HR interviewer who kept referring to my spouse as “my lady” and finally told him that no, I had a husband. Days went by after that with not hearing from them. When I finally reached out, they told me they decided to pursue other candidates but wouldn’t provide me with a reason why. Don’t waste your time with this company.
