Applied through university, conducted a phoner and in-person interview (requiring out-of-town travel) before job offer. Process took three weeks max in total. Interviewed with five people throughout the process to determine a good fit.
Two rounds - one virtual interview, one case study relevant to the role. Standard interview questions, strength & weaknesses, past experiences, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary, people are friendly and relaxed
HireVue on-demand video interview with some basic short answer writing questions. Then interview with a hiring manager one on one, followed by a "quiz" via email afterwards. Very quick process, but a bit of a wait between applying and the HireVue.
