Locker, entspannt, leider nicht sehr gut vorbereitet. Hätte alles interessanter ablaufen können. Gespräch hat knapp 30min gedauert. Es wurden nur allgemeine Fragen gestellt und wenn die 3 Frage die berühmte "Wo sehen sie sich in 3 Jahren" fällt, dann weisst du das die Leute hier keine Erfahrung in Einstellungsgespräch Führung haben. Fand ich persönlich enttäuschend. Sonst war es wie gesagt alles sehr entspannt und laid back. Leider war das finanzielle Angebot nicht gut genug und habe abgesagt.
