Got an email 3-4 weeks after applying. there are no more attractions jobs but I can attend a general jobs interview. Asked me 3 questions, got hired on the spot. Gave me a list of options and locations available. I chose merch and I got to choose the store based on what's available. Super easy. It was in a cubicle ..so you will hear other people interviewing around you. Then went to a room, took a photo for my ID, did fingerprints, filled out HR paperwork. Entire process was about 2 hours. But I got to watch the Grinch while waiting :) some locations do need a second interview

It was very smooth and easy. You go in at your scheduled time and will have to wait because the room is usually full of people.
