I applied online and received a relatively quick reply. I had a brief phone screen with a recruiter and then a longer one with the hiring manager. I also had to take a brief personality test (don’t really see a point in these, but I think they are highly used in the education field). Shortly after that I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a few other folks. They use behavior/situation interviewing here. Some of these questions are crazy and lots seemed repetitive. Like the same question being asked in different ways at times. These types of interviews will completely trip you up. I think that’s the intent, actually. The interviews here are very intense, so beware. I actually felt that people were intimidated by me and my experience, like I was somehow threatening them. Maybe it was all in my head, but I can honestly say I have never had a crazier interview than this one. This company does not seem to be doing so hot, so is it really a place I’d want to be anyway? Probably not! My advice: stay away. There’s something better out there for me, and there’s something better out there for you!
