Universal Technical Institute interview questions

I got a call about scheduling a phone interview then the day of the phone interview, no one called me. I called in and we rescheduled the phone interview for a later date. The interview went well but the interviewer did not seem like she was paying attention. I later found out they gave the position to someone internally.

Applied for the job and received a call for a phone screen about 2 weeks later. The phone screen took about 30 minutes and consisted of behavorial questions such as "Tell me about a time you had to lead a team without clear direction from your manager". At the end we talked about minimum salary requirements. She mentioned they are a school and my last salary is over $50k out of the range. I expected that would be the end of the interview. After we finished I received a Predictive Index assessment to complete. I took the assessment and the HR rep sent me a copy. I received a call to set up an interview about a week later. I was not available the next day so we set something up for Friday. She said she would email me if anything changed. I showed up but no one seemed to be expecting me. The front desk indicated the interviewer said he had heard my name but was not scheduled to interview me. After waiting 20 minutes or so and observing a few people trying to figure out why I was there they interviewed me. Same behavorial questions but could not shake the feeling I was not supposed to be there. I received a canned rejection on Monday morning. Not a very organized or professional organization. In hindsight I don't think I was supposed to be interviewed.
