Universal Technical Institute Senior Accountant interview questions

Had an initial screening with the internal recruiter. It went well and I was passed on to the hiring manager. The hiring manager interview was pretty much the usual situational questions that nearly every interviewer asked. I answered what I thought were pretty good answers. My feedback later was that I was overqualified and that I would get bored because apparently looking for process improvements isn't what they want.
