Interview was conducted by the agency interested in employing you. Not by UEI themselves. For my interview, I came to the agency at the assigned time. It was a 3 panel interview with the senior (supervisor) and two other staff members. They each took turns to ask a set of questions and quickly jotted down my responses. The questions were really standard - lines that would you would most likely find in the "50 Most Common Interview Questions" by Glassdoor. I was asked three questions by the panel and a special fourth. The last question was asked to test my writing abilities. I had a set time limit and a laptop to type my response. Once that was completed, I saved the document to the desktop and concluded my interview.
