The interview took place in their Raleigh, North Carolina office. It was one panel interview with three individuals. They asked about the subjects that I felt comfortable to tutor. Information was given about the company and its operation guidelines that pertained to the tutors. Further, the driving expectations were shared. Anything that was withing a 30 mile radius of the tutor was deemed an appropriate assignment. Paper work was also completed the same day of the interview. The paper work included but was not limited to tax exemption and non-competition documents. I also, may have taken a survey online.
