Interview
The professor was busy at the time of my interview and had his "go to" graduate student sit down and we talked for about 20-30 minutes. I was later brought back to interview with the actual professor who was hiring, and we essentially went over the same material on the scope and degree of what he was looking to accomplish in a short period of time.

The biggest thing I felt that the professor wanted to gauge was along the lines of, "Considering how much you are already doing outside of this job, what do you think you can get done with such a short time frame?"

online application; onsite interview, visiting with the peer students, department, campus, discuss with several potential advisors. Driving around the city to know the potential apartments. Have a good lunch with the current students and get to know the program looks like. Then one more round with the advisor on zoom. One more round with the current students in the advisor's lab.
A whole week's interview was held. I was interviewed by 5 faculty, grad students, and directors. I was interviewed via zoom. They informed the result after 20 days. I'm thinking to accept the offer.
