Interview
The interview process and hiring managers were great, but the HR department required 5 references before even reaching the final interview stage, and I didn't get an offer. Requiring that many references is taxing to those who serve as references and should only be extended under the anticipation of an offer. Would not recommend.

In-person, thorough, and professional. The hiring team was thoughtful, inclusive, and professional. They asked good and relevant questions. They gave the opportunity to ask questions and gave clear information about the next steps.

Bureaucracy - I thought working for the state was bad. They said they wanted to move fast, but the interview process took three months. Screening interview, interviewed with a panel. Still haven't hired anyone.
