I completed two interviews with U of R. The first was great and very informative. But, it took 2 weeks before I heard back about scheduling the second. During the second interview, the role was described very differently than it was during the first interview. I was not able to get any straight forward answers when I asked clarifying questions. After the second interview (months ago), there was no follow up or feedback. I completely understand that life gets busy and things slip through the cracks, however, it was not a positive experience. I would not apply for another role on their Talent Acquisition team in the future.
