First round was resume walk through with HR screening. Next was with an associate who had worked there for a few years. Third was technicals but based of role specifics
First you apply through HRMS. They plan to change the site soon though. I was contacted by a phone screener who then scheduled me for a zoom interview a few days later. All in all, it took about 30 days.

The interviewer was very friendly and related his experiences to me. He allowed me to take my time and looked thoroughly into my resume. He also asked me to introduce myself and my values.
