Interview
Initial interview was pretty standard, several behavioral questions. They ask you, for instance, your greatest strengths and accomplishments, your greatest weaknesses, etc. They emphasize the size of the investment they make in each employee, so make you stress why you're really worth it.

I applied online and then did an interview with two of the upper level management. The interview process continued with multiple in-person interviews and meeting other members of the sales team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Unum (Portland, ME) in Nov 2017
Interview
Three behavioral interviews, then sent to a RAC (regional assessment center) for a final round. At the RAC you interview with 7 sales managers, 1 of whom will be a manager at the location you are interviewing for, and then do a quick role play case.
